Information We Collect

We collect account details such as email and sign-in identifiers when you use email, Google or Apple Login. We collect photos you choose to upload or capture, AI skin-analysis outputs, beauty preferences, routine selections and progress history. We may also receive device information, app interactions, diagnostics, crash logs and subscription status.

How We Use It

We use information to deliver FacePie, personalize beauty recommendations, maintain your progress tracking, authenticate your account, process subscriptions, provide support, improve performance and protect the Services. We process data with your consent, to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests or where legally required.

AI Face Analysis

Photos you choose to submit may be processed to generate cosmetic skin insights and recommendations. FacePie is an AI Beauty Coach, not a medical service; it does not diagnose, treat or prevent health conditions. We may use trusted providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini to provide analysis features. We do not sell your facial images or use them for advertising.

Storage & Sharing

We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore and Firebase Storage to operate the Service. We share data only with vetted processors needed for authentication, cloud storage, AI processing, analytics, notifications, payments and support, or where required by law. Payment details are handled by the relevant app store or payment processor, not stored by FacePie.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, including the EEA, UK, California and India, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. California residents have rights under applicable California privacy law. Under applicable Indian law, you may seek correction, erasure, consent withdrawal and grievance redressal. We do not sell personal information.

You may request account deletion or eligible data deletion at any time. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
