Acceptance & Eligibility
By using FacePie, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required to use the Services.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the app store or payment provider used for purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled under that provider's instructions. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
User Responsibilities
Use FacePie lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its security, attempt to access others' data, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
AI Disclaimer
FacePie provides general beauty and skincare information generated with AI. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results may vary and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Intellectual Property
FacePie and its content, design and technology are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacePie is provided on an “as is” basis and FacePie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
Termination & Changes
You may stop using FacePie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
